Bernina Super Bowl Weekend !

Super Bowl Weekend is the perfect time to buy yourself a Bernina. All Bernina products over $3,000 qualify for equal payments for 24 months AND no interest for 24 months. It's a great time to buy!

Kid's Class at Stash!

Come make this great little pocket for your valentines. Buy your kit at Stash and take this class for free. Bring your mom's or your gramma's machine and come sew with us. We have great little Bernette's for only $149.00 if you want your own machine to sew on. Come in today to sign up and pick up your supply list and kit. Space is limited. This class is Saturday, February 6 1-3pm.

Classes

It's a Rosy Day: Thursdays, February 11, 18, and 25. 12-3pm. $50.00. Everyone needs a quilt that will make them smile...this vibrant quilt, taught by Verlie Ward and featuring Kaffe Fassett fabrics is guaranteed to cheer. See a sample at Stash. We also have limited quantities of kits for this quilt available.

Machine Quilting: We've added more dates to this popular class! Friday, February 12 10:00am-4:00pm and Saturday March 13 10:00am-4:00pm. Machine quilting techniques with Colleen Blackwood for $35! Need I say more? Come check out her amazing sample at the store.

Count to Nine: Mondays February 8 and 15. 6-9pm. $35.00. Afraid of applique? Use your printer and some freezer paper to transfer letters and numbers to your fabric. Make a number or alphabet quilt or maybe a crossword with family names or inspirational words...oh, the possibilities! Eddie Walker is teaching this technique. See the sample at Stash.

Woven Wire: Friday, February 19. 10-4pm. Or Saturday, February 20. 10-4pm. $35.00 This quilt is published in the February issue of Quilter's World, and the designer, Colleen Blackwood will be teaching this class!

Grids and Grommets: Kristen will teach two more sessions of this super-cute bag! $25.00. Tuesday, February 16 10:00 am-1:00 pm OR Tuesday February 23 6:00pm-9:00pm. Come see all her samples at the store.

Charisma Boot: We've extended this class to three sessions to help you finish both boots! Wednesdays February 10, 17 and 24. $50.00. Come learn how to make these slipper boots that are taking Walla Walla by storm.

Monkey Business: Mondays, February 22, March 8 and March 15. 6-9pm. $50.00 Suzanne Young will be teaching this great Buggy Barn design. Come see the sample at the store.

Argyle: Thursdays, March 4, 11, 18, and 25. 6-9pm. $50.00. Eddie Walker is creating a luscious, cozy quilt inspired by your grandfather's socks.

Tag Along Tote: Bag of the Month. Free when you buy your fabric and pattern here. Tuesday, February 9. 6:00-9:00. Ann will lead you through making this cute little hipster bag that has just enough space for all your essentials.

Garden Maze: Wednesdays, March 10,17, and 24. 10-3pm. $50.00. Another of Colleen Blackwood's great designs.

Rag Quilt: Tuesday, March 16. 6:00-9:00pm OR March 19 10:00am-1:00pm. $25.00. Two more sessions of Kristen's fun and easy Shabby-Chic quilt!

Binding: Monday , March 29. 6-9pm. $25.00. You've spent the winter quilting away...now come and have Suzanne teach you binding techniques.

Block of the Month: 1st Tuesday 1:30-4:30pm or 1st Wednesday 6-9pm. This is a 12 month BOM starting in January. There are two choices for times to come so grab your friends and sign up for the day or evening class and you will have this beautiful, elegant pieced sampler quilt with Glace fabric from Moda by the end of 2010! (The Tuesday class is currently full, but if you need a day class come by and get your name on a waiting list.) Or buy the kits and follow along at home. $25.00 includes class. $20.00 for each kit if not taking class.

Spring Break at Stash

We are excited about a kid's camp spring break. We are in the planning stages, but we know that we will have a week of classes each kid will take home a Bernette! Watch for more details in February.

New Items

Those of you that took Colleen's class or will be taking Colleen's machine quilting class will be excited to know that we are getting King Tut thread and the Havel snips. The rest of us need to know that the King Tut varigated is super for our machine quilting and the snips are the best little tool to keep beside your machine for thread cutting.

Class Policy

Class registration is first come, first served. Class fees are due at the time of registration and guarantees a student's place in the class. Cancellations must occur at least one week prior to class to receive a refund or class credit. In the event the class is canceled, credit towards another class or a full refund will be given.

Please arrive for class five minutes early to set up your machine. We will limit class size to 6-8 students to insure individual attention. Your sewing machine should be in good working order. If the class requires a book or pattern, please realize that it is a copyright infringement to make a photocopy.

You will receive a class supply list. Included will be a coupon for a 15% discount to apply to purchase of class supplies.
